Consequently, ATS betting odds comprise two main components: the point spread itself (+6.5 or -6.5 in this case) and the moneyline odds (-115 and -105 for this example). If I go to a $15 table with $300 and play the 6/8, what are the chances I can play an hour? What are the chances I would come out ahead? I'd like to see the same analysis done on a handful of strategies. One thing I liked about Kent's post was specifically analyzing bankrolls lasting. ![]() This made me wonder how bad are prop bets.I mean, they are mathematically not great bets but if you need more then a lifetime of plays to prove that.maybe they aren't so bad. He noted that you need millions of sessions (not rolls.hour long sessions) to get to the statistical House Edges. I may have posted this before but a guy built a python script to do something similar (you can look at his code.maybe it will give some ideas).Ī couple things I noted while playing around:
